Cedar Point

It was Nick & my first trip to Cedar Point together. How scary is that? We've been together 7 years now and are finally just making our way there. Anyway, Mom & Dad bought all of us tickets and so the Freiburger Crew went off for the day! Off course the day that we go was the hottest day of the summer... 96 & humid, but we all handled it well. Even Miss Emma was a trooper, she was awesome the entire day and slept where ever we could find shade.

Jeff had a blast and 3 weeks later is still talking about how much fun he had. He has his map out almost daily telling us which rides were his favorites and wondering which rides we had gone on. It's cute really...he keeps asking when we are taking him back!

Waiting in line for bumper cars.

Jeff & Daddy, ready to hit some cars!

Jeff on the kids Power Tower...he wasn't sure at first, but ended up loving it!

Hands in the air and everything.

Big Helper!

Jeff is an amazing helper, I think I've said that before, but really he loves when he has a project to do! In another month my big helper will be going to preschool 5 mornings a week...where has the time gone??

I love this boy, he is the greatest kid, even if he does try my patience sometimes. Every morning he gets up and asks me "Mom, how was your sleep?" I normally respond with "It wasn't long enough Jeff," and he will just giggle. I love that he truly loves us and even if we get mad at him, two minutes later he'll want to me hold him.

Helping Mama water the flowers!

Helped pick the veggies out of the garden.

First Tigers Game

Nick got to take Jeff to his first Tiger's game last night! Even though they weren't there that long, I'm so glad Nick & Jeff got to do this together. Nick was so excited to take him up there. I have a feeling it's the start of many more games to come.

A Quick Lake Vacation

Mom & Dad were on vacation last week and invited Steph & I up so we could all spend some time together...WITHOUT THE BOYS!!! We had a great time and spent lots of time in the water since the weather was so warm. Jeff was an angel and enjoyed being able to play in the sand and stay in a bathing suit all day long and Emma took her first boat ride and got to swim, swim in the lake. I couldn't ask or any better time with my family!

Emma & Aunt Steph enjoying the water together!

Miss Emma enjoying her few extra days at the lake.

Emma's FIRST Boat Ride! She wasn't sure about going fast, but enjoyed it when we were just cruzing around...until she got hungry anyway.

4 Month Old!

Emma Therese - you are FOUR months old!!!

You weigh 14 lbs and are 25.5 inches tall(You are a half inch taller and a few ounces smaller than your brother was at this age!)

You are wearing 6 month clothes and some 9 month, your torso is long so you need the bigger sizes for length. You are also wearing a size 2 or 3 diaper.

You are a great sleeper! You sleep from about 8 p.m. until 7 a.m. give or take an hour. I am SO happy and thankful that you are sleeping all night, makes mommy very lucky. You take 2-3 naps a day. The naps vary in length, you never want to miss a thing that is going on.

You are the sweetest, happiest baby. If anyone even looks at you - you smile the BIGGEST smile I've ever seen. You love when people talk to you, especially Mama, Mommy & Jeff.

You love to stand up on your legs and you are good at putting weight on them.

You still love your bouncy seat aka "recliner" and your swing. We are starting to let you on the floor more with your toys, but we are just careful since your big brother likes to bother you sometimes. Soon we'll start you in your exersaucer.

You have started really grabbing things. As soon as we put any toy in front of you, you grab for it and then put it directly in your mouth. Amazing how you watch what people you do. You follow me and Jeff around when we are in the house.

Today you let out your first real belly laugh. Jeff was making you laugh so hard at the doctors office, it's so sweet the way you give him big smiles whenever you see him. You LOVE to talk! We have a hard time taking you to church because you talk so much when we are there.

You LOVE your burp rags! I think these will end up being your lovey. This month you started sucking your thumb more...it's so adorable.

You are a rolling machine. I can't put you on the bouncy seat or anywhere high much anymore because you roll right off.

I love you more every day! You are a ray of sunshine in my life! I praise God every day for blessing me with you!

So In Love!!

Being a mom is the best job in the world and even though I'm not with my kids as often as I would like, I know this is life and I need to deal with it. But when I am with my kids I love seeing how happy they are, it just melts my heart and puts a smile on my face.

We stayed home from the lake this weekend...a weekend of relaxtion as very much needed. Friday night we went to Levis and they had constructed a huge sandbox for the kids to play in...Jeff enjoyed the sand, Emma enjoyed the snuggles, both were HAPPY!!!

Jeff concentrating so hard.

The sand could of kept him happy for hours.

Emma has her daddy wrapped around her finger...Pure Love!

Thinking about smiling...

Happy Emma!!!

Emma Time!

Having 2 children is wonderful, but I do miss my alone time with each of them. I hardly get any with Emma because Jeff is around all of the time and he likes the attention just as much as Miss E. Well today Jeff got to go to the lake early and Emma came with us. It was so nice to have her alone. I had to sit in the back and feed her so I got some of these great pictures. I love how big her eyes are and how happy she always is!
