Back to Normal

Mama was gone on vacation for the past 6 days and we had lots of people watching the kids. Today Mom sent me this picture...

Made my heart smile! I know the kids are happy to have their normal routine back. (And I am too!)

Emma is 11 Months Old!

Emma- You are ELEVEN months old! I cannot believe it. I'm so sad that your birthday is next month. This past eleven months have just flown by. I hope the next month goes by slowly. I do love that you are older though because you have the BEST personality.

You are around 20lbs and probably 29 inches long. I'm ready to move you up to the next carseat but not ready to part with the infant seat. They are just way to convenient. You wear size 4 diapers and size 18 month clothes. You just keep growing and growing...

You are really trying to only take one nap per day, but mommy isn't ready to give those up on two just yet! You pretty much go to bed between 630 and 7 and sleep until around 630 the next morning. You are an awesome sleeper!

You are always so happy! You want to be held when you see certain people and you will crawl to them and whine until you are picked up. You started giving out kisses, but not to everyone, just a selected few. You are a turkey though and LOVE getting into everything that you are not suppose too.

You say mama, dada, baba, all done, jeff and doggie. You sign all done and more, you wave bye-bye and give us high five. And you are getting more and more of a temper!!!

You LOVE your food!!! Baby food is almost a thing of the past - for breakfast you eat oatmeal with some fruit in it, then either yogurt or toast. For lunch you have some baby food, then some people food. And for dinner you eat whatever we are having, then I try to fill in with a little bit of baby food. You also like using a fork to feed yourself. We have to stab the food, then you put it right in your mouth. Still only 3 bottles a day, you like them to much to try and get rid of them at all.

You think your brother is the best thing ever and now that you are getting bigger - Jeff is starting to play with you and it makes me SO happy to see you interact. He likes to make you dance by playing a song on the IPAD. As soon as you hear it, you'll quickly crawl to where ever the noise is coming from.

You are such an amazing little girl...love you Emma!
