Welcome Claire Elizabeth

Welcome Claire Elizabeth Stultz!
Claire was born on December 21, 2012 at 5:41pm and was 6lbs 12oz and 19 7/8 inches.

I cannot believe how quick this pregnancy went by and we are really glad that she is finally here and part of our family.  The day was so exciting as Nick & I were getting ready for her to come.  We didn't have much planned but somehow we managed to fill up the time waiting to make our way to the hospital.  We of course had to wait a little while for Dr. Sue to show up, but once she did things happened pretty quickly.

The csection was not that much fun and truthfully I wouldn't want another one, but once Claire was pulled out and I heard her cry it was all worth it.  Nothing like seeing Nick hold his new little daughter!  He & I enjoyed our time with her and were anxious for the kids to come up and meet her the next day.  Jeff & Emma LOVED meeting Claire, Jeff did a great job holding her and you can see the love on his face whenever he talks to her...melts my heart!

Pumpkin Patch Fun!

As much as we all love going up to the lake every weekend during the summer, it feels great to be home enjoying the fall weather.  It was so nice over the weekend that we decided to take the kids to the pumpkin patch!!!  Love the pumpkin farm up in Erie, MI...it's the perfect place for the family to go.  We enjoyed walking aorund, then took a tractor ride out into the field to pick our pumpkins and when we got back we had the best apple cider and sugar donut!  Can't wait to go back up there next year.

First Michigan Football Game!!!

We got to take the kids to their first Michigan Game over the weekend and we had such a great time!  We went with a bunch of people so we ended up driving 2 different cars.  The kids lasted until mid 2nd Quarter...not long at all and so glad we didn't have to pay for the tickets, but very happy that we got to take them!!!!

It's a Girl!!!

Hard to believe how quickly this pregnancy is going...I'm already 25 weeks and Little Miss will make her appearance no later than December 21.  Everything is going well so far and there are no complaints, right now I'm wanting to organize the house and get rid of as much as possible!

First Day of School!

Jeff starts Kindergarten today and is beyond excited to get back and see all of his friends! I'm hoping it's a great year and he really enjoys school as much as he has in the past.  I cannot believe he's old enough for K!!!

Time has gotten away from me!

I cannot believe that I haven't blogged for 4 months...
To sum up our summer...
Lots of Fun at the Lake, Suntans & Spending Time with Family!!!  I think that is about it.

This summer has been amazing!  We've all had so much fun and enjoyed every minute of being at the lake.  It's nice that the kids are older and enjoy being up there and helping with projects as much as Nick & I.  Hard to believe that it's time for school to start and the cooler weather to arrive.

Summer is Here!

I do not know how the year goes by so quickly, but somehow we are already to Memorial Day weekend at the lake.  For us lake people, the start of summer is here!  Luckily the weather was summerish all weekend and we were able to be in the water and swim.  I remember when I was little not being able to swim until mid June because the water was just to chilly.

It was a great weekend though...not a lot going on, but fun to be at the lake relaxing.  We had some vistors on Sunday, but other than that, it's just hanging out and watching the kids have so much fun.  They just love it up here and I'm glad because I do too.  Let Summer Begin!!!

Emma thinks she's ready to go on the gator too!

Jeff's First Waverunner Ride of the Season!

Emma's First Waverunner Ride of the Season!
I don't remember if she's ridden on it before or not.

Preschool Graduation

How in the world is Jeff 5 already and graduating from preschool?  It seems like he was just 3 crying because Mama left him in the room and he wasn't to sure.  And now, well he's 5 years old with 2 missing teeth and ready for his next life adventure.

Last night was the first big step...preschool graduation!  He was really nervous because there were going to be lots of people there watching him, but we told him not to worry and the only people that were going to look at him were Mommy & Daddy and Mama.  He did well and walked down the aisle okay but after a couple of minutes up on the altar he started crying.  Thank goodness Miss Shelly knows Jeff because she picked him up and they stood together for awhile until he was comfortable with standing in the back row where no one could see him.

My little man is done with school until the fall!  It's amazing how quickly time just flies by.

Warm Weather!

I cannot believe how warm it over the weekend.  For being May 18, it sure felt like it could of been July.  I don't remember the water being so warm this early in May.  I mean we were in the water and it was no chilly at all.  Felt refreshing really...with another week of high temps next weekend should be even better!!!

Well Nick & I have some exciting and surprising new at our house...Baby Stultz #3 is due December 28, 2012.  We were a little shocked to say the least but we are both really excited to be adding a 3rd and final child to our family.  The next 9 months are going to fly by I'm sure!

Mud Hens Game!!!

Yesterday we were able to go to the Mud Hens Game and had amazing seats, thanks to a friend of my Dad's.  Jeff was so excited to sit that close and to be able to see the players.  Emma is a little young for the baseball game and her & I spent most of the time walking around the stadium, but it was still so much fun.

During one of the innings, Maddona came over and sat right next to us while she was waiting to climb up on top of the dug out to dance.  The kids had so much fun interacting with her.  After the game, Jeff got to go out onto the field and run the bases.  He enjoyed every minute of it and cried when he was done because it wasn't long enough for him.
