I've been doing this workout video for 20 days now and I can tell a huge difference in my body...thighs are smaller for one, and that's huge! My only complaint is that the weight is not coming off...in fact, it seems to be coming on a little bit. Not a big deal since I'm sure I'm gaining some muscle, but it's sort of annoying! I think I might get a bikini for the summer though...my stomach looks so much better!!!!
