Happy 3rd Birthday Little Man!

Oh how quickly time seems to be flying. I spent a little time today looking at pictures so I could just remember how tiny he once was. My goodness, it seems like just yesterday we were bringing you home from the hospital and getting used to the sleepless nights. Now you are trying to do things yourself, becoming more independent and having conversations with us. Where has the time gone Jeff? I miss you being small and wanting mom to hold you all the time, oh what I wouldn't give for a middle of the night rock just every once in awhile. Luckily I still that cuddle time with you every once in awhile.

Happy Birthday Jeff, today you are 3 and of how you have changed. This year was a big year for you, you started speech and went from not being able to say anything to talking all the time. I'm so proud of you for making that change, it has been well worth every penny we've spent. You aren't so frustrated either. We have finally said good-bye to diapers...during the day anyway. You are doing such a great job going potty on the potty and telling us when you have to go. If mommy was home during the day I'm sure I could have you potty trained at night too, but diapers/pull ups for bedtime are certainly okay! We moved into our new house and you got your BIG BOY bed and oh how you love it. Laying there with your blankies reading your books...mommy loves to listen to you talk when you are in there by yourself. Sometimes I can hear you singing to your music, it brings a smile to my face. Mommy started her new job this year too. I love it, but still wish I could be home with you teaching you different things, luckily Grandmie is there to do that for you. You love Grandmie, Papa, John, Stephie, Alvin, Oliver & Olin and always want to see them. We can leave from any of their houses and a few minutes later you want to go right back. I'm glad you are so close with them and have such positive influences in your daily life. If you could be like any of them, daddy & I would be very lucky.

You & Daddy have formed more of a relationship this year. It's nice that you will stay with him more if I have to run to the store, but more times than not, you still want to be with mommy. I love it though because I know one day you will not want me like you do now.

I hope you have a great day little man! You are such a joy in our lives, I'm not sure what we would do without you.

3rd Birthday...look at how much you've grown!

You've grown a lot from day 1, wouldn't you say? You still look similar to me though, just more grown up! Love Ya Buddy, hope your day is good.
